We felt that there were serious shortcomings in the way Indian Hajjes were looked after during their Holy journey to Makkah and Medinah. Many pilgrims complained of their group leaders; we often heard that group leaders were not fulfilling their promises; many of them are not even aware of the local rules or the customs of Saudi Arabia. Others lacked the knowledge of Islam, yet many others did not speak the language of the land. As we are well aware of the demands and needs of pilgrims, we were approached and requested by many friends to help pilgrims. As a result with the intention of helping & educating pilgrims of the Do's and Don'ts of Haj and Umrah, we established our company under the name “Ehraam”.
